My junk rescue experience was very pleasant. Jordan deliver the dumpster in the prefer location & taught me how to open the back door. Once that was complete he went over what was allowed in the dumpster. This was helpful because it help me avoid any extra fees. He told me the day he will pickup dumpster & left me to clean out my garage. I give it 5 star experience.

Called 800 # @ 11am, got a call back 5 min later, George and John were there at 11:30. Everything is packed up and gone by 12. The guys were accommodating and great. It wasn’t a big job for them but it saved us the physical and mental labor of multiple loads and figuring out where to take it. A win for all!

I highly recommend this company! The customer service was super accommodating. On the day of the drop off, the driver called me and gave the eta, which was great. Great communication and service overall. I have yet to see how the pick up and total cost like... The dumpster will be picked up on July 3rd.

We had a great experience moving out of the house!! They did a fantastic job with a heavy piano and came back the next day to move everything else. I think this was the simplest process I ever went through! Tell Junk Rescue what you want and for how long and unless you need to change your pick up date they handle the rest, super simple.

Excellent and very quick service. I made an appointment online over the weekend and they came out on Monday. MIKEL and BRIAN worked very hard to remove many sections of fencing (among other things) and they did it all in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I had an entire basement that needed to be cleaned out under an apartment building and these guys were absolutely amazing! Da’Kwan and Dean Were meticulous and cleared out the entire basement which had 50 years of building material and Tenant items left behind! Justin and George were great! Helped me demo and empty a basement area of about 425 square feet. Pulled down paneling, pulled out drop ceiling tiles and pulled up a rug besides taking some extra items away. They did it all in 2 hrs. Very professional and nice. Will definitely use the again.

I called on a Monday and the Dumpster was delivered Tuesday morning. The gentleman that delivered it was very friendly and took the time to show me how to unlatch and latch the heavy back door. It was also an excellent price for the rental. I highly recommend Junk Rescue and will definitely be using them again in the future!!!
